Yes, I belive in magick. Some would call it Faith or prayer. But it all works the same way. I am of the Pagan perswation although not defined by Religious or sect lines. Magick in terms of Wicca and most other Pagan Belief structures is; The use of energy eminating from onesself, from nature and from Deities with the use of certain spell components (i.e. Alter, Candles, God and Goddess symbols, Herbs and Stones and Crystals) to produce the intended result. Magick can also pertain to Prayer, although in the Christion Mythos, only the power of Deity is called upon.

Yeah I do believe that there's such a thing as magic(k). I tend to ignore people who say adding a "k" to the end is silly, for one very simple reason. It's use succinctly distinguishes it from stage magic, and avoids any need for a long winded explanation.

I'm a Pagan, who tends towards "Northern Tradition"
and treat magic(k) as referring to techniques of "altering things ". While it can/is used in (some) religions/spirituality's, I don't feel that in itself it could be considered as a religion. The practise of magic doesn't need any faith. It can stand by itself, outside of religion. For me magic doesn't itself provide myth, stories, and most importantly ethics (thinking why you should/shouldn't do something). Spiritually provides them, and if you want them, a list of deities which you can approach for help/assistance.

So while there is a fair bit of interplay between magic and spirituality, I don't think of them as being the same. Rituals don't have to include magic, and I've met the odd Pagan who states that they choose not to perform magic. (Their rituals to celebrate the turning of the seasons don't involve magic per-se.)

Also, for me, treating magic/spirituality would be much the same as calling a car, a journey. There can be a link between the two ideas, but when you look closely there's quite a bit of distance between the ideas. (amongst other ideas, a car is a vehicle/noun, and a journey is a process/verb)

I see faith as being to do with belief than a technique and therefore more to do with spirituality. Where prayer is used to ask for something, rather than "saying thanks", I see it as a form of magic.I sometimes send "memo's to Deity", and recon it's more akin to prayer than anything else.

Yes. Hang around someone who cocreates for a day or so and you will too.

Read up on creative visualization. That's the power behind it all.
