A couple of months ago I ran over a squirrel. I was shocked, I didn't think it would just run out in the road, it was a sunny day.
And a few years ago I ran over an alligator. It was laying all across my lane. This was at night.

yes.. many times. The worst was when I was driving about 70 mph on the highway and a bird flew into my windshield. It's not running an animal over, but pretty bad all the same... i mean, how can you dodge that?

Just a squirrel when I lived in the mountains. When I looked in the rear view mirror, the tail was in the air waiving around. I think I smashed his head into the pavement!
THAT one still haunts me as you can see.
Why? Did you hit something?

YES =( I felt really bad too! I ran over a groundhog..and I looked in mny rearview mirror and it was going into seizures on the road :( Not cool!

A few times. My closest call was a deer I almost hit while driving a semi.

No, but I just saw a cat get ran over by the car in front of me, and it was horrible! The cat was twitching! I felt horrible, and I wasn't even the one who ran over the cat!

No but I came close to hitting a turtle, I seen it in time and got out of my car and moved it, it was huge, took two of us to lift and move it.
