They will end up with a lot of problems. He will not be able to hide the lack of true interest. This happened to my girlfriend. ...Anyway no matter what the other woman should leave marriage alone and let him try to be a good man.

you sound like my brother, his wife and his girlfriend.
OK. My brother told his wife that he wasn't happy with just her and wanted to get a girlfriend. his wife, not wanting to loose him gave the go ahead.
my brother got a girlfriend, they all had a understanding of where they all stood in the relationship.
the girl started telling my brother she really loved him and wanted him to leave his wife so they could be together. My brother loved her back and said he would leave his wife but then latter changed his mind and kept them both on a string.
The girl ended up moving in with my brother and his wife, then she got pregnant and told him to leave his wife or he wouldn't see the baby.
my brother is still married because his wife refuses to get a divorce and my brother hardly sees his son.
moral to this story if you really care about him and he really cares about you and the wife agrees with your relationship and the two ain't happy, have him get a divorce before you two get any deeper involved to save you a hassle latter on.
confusing I know, I have a hard time keeping up with it myself!

Are you sure his wife knows that you and her husband are still communicating? I was in exactly the same situation, where my hub and had an affair with one of his EX girlfriends, I forgave him,but would NEVER give him the O.K to still communicate with her or it would be over, for sure.

Yes, it will. A marriage of convenience is impossible to deal with, if waiting in the wings is the one you love...constantly reminding you that you left love for responsibility. If there is no one to distract him, he may choose to love his wife in the end...it often happens that way.

if/when things don't work out for the guy and his wife, and he really loves you, he'll find you.
