I use to have to work at a hospital and working to major holidays a year, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter.

It's just another day. I'd work if my place of business was open. It's the only day a year we close tho.

If it wasn't in my original contract, absolutely!! And if she/he demanded it of me, I'd come in like a good girl and my resume would go out on Dec 26th. He wouldn't see me again after Jan 15th!!!
