It is absolutely possible to develop sexual chemistry with someone after knowing them. Sexual chemistry can happen at any point in time, when you first met someone or as you get to know each other better. It is also possible to have and to lose it.

I was friends with someone for almost 9 years and then we started dating. We had never even thought about being together before and then all the sudden there was a real connection. So yeah I think its possible!

Nope I developed chemisty with this guy after I got to know him more. At first he was like the ugliest person I knew then I started talking to him and all of a sudden he started becoming cute. The more I talked to him and got to know him then the more I wanted him.

Yes I do think its possible, when I met my ex husband I didn't feel anything for him, and it took me a few months to start feeling this chemistry.

it can be both all along or after knowing a person....
all along- first sight chemistry, you're attracted to them
personality can make someone very sexy but that takes time to get to know
interesting question though

I think it is possible to develop it or to feel it right away. Depends on the relationship and who the people are. Anything is possible.

I was friends with a girl for two years when we were nothing but friends, but than I asked her out on a date on day and now we are romantically involved, so I believe it can happen.

Hmm...good question.
I would think it would be there all along. I can't recall a situation of that developing over time.
