I've seen so many, Bush quotes, could he be in an early stage of alzheimers? Or is he just thick as pig s hit? Are you American and find him embarrasing? or are you ok with his level of intelligence as it reflects Americas level of intelligence?

there is only empty space in his head! there are no brains! what am embarrassment to this great nation!we have a commercial that shows him driving a truck n getting stuck in mud and the secret service pushing him out! makes him look real stupid! but what did they have to work with? can hardly wait till he is gone! and no i didn't vote for him!

It's a given, that not much good is going on in his head, at least nothing good for the United States, or any place on earth for that matter.
I don't think it's a case of "alzheimers", just a "me king attitude".

i think he 's just a good ole boy, who's funny,;he can laugh at himself unlike most politicians,and he likes to make jokes.that said, poor speaking skills doesnt mean he is stupid,he is always under the microscope ,thats tough.remember he grew up with a silver spoon in his mouth so he might have different thought process than you
