Calcium Phosphate if you mean for there to be a subscript of 2 after the (PO4). I would assume there's a two there because you put the PO4 in parentheses. There parentheses would not be necessary if there was not a subscript after it.

Ca3(PO4)2 is Calcium Phosphate.

I think you meant Ca3(PO4)2

Ca (charge: +2)
PO4 (charge: -3)
