Regular Dunkin's are made in store. They make batches all day long from the premix. In some gas stations or mini-marts that sell Dunkin's and advertise that name for their donuts they get deliveries of pre-made donuts.

They are made by a local bakery & shipped in. Some might be made in store. I made donuts at a grocery store bakery... a bunch of premixed ingrediens went with milk, sugar, & butter. The mix went into a tool that portions the batter out in rings into a big fat deep fryer. A few mins. we turned it over. Top with chocolate.
