no way, that's not true if you're homeless. or even if you live with your parents or temporarily with your sister. or if you live someplace where you pay by the week or year, or if you own a home or if you already paid off the house you live in or if you live in an RV or if you camp. your example isn't very dependable.
the moon is more dependable. it becomes full every 28 days and new every 28 days.
even the calendar is more dependable, that the name of the month changes.
