I don't really care for rap, although anti-war rap songs I like. But it's not as bad as modern country. Actually, I don't care for much of anything produced after 1980, except for some heavy metal cuts from Six Feet Under, Megadeth and Pro-Pain.

No. I don't think any one type of music is crap. I like songs and artists from pretty much every musical genre and while rock is my first love, I enjoy listening to rap once in a while. Some of the lyrics are amazingly soulful, you just need to find the right songs. : )
