Emotional freedom can mean a lot of things to different people. I personally think that you allow yourself to openly express your feelings without worrying about what the other person feels or thinks.

Emotional freedom means that no one can determine your mood. If you're in a happy go lucky mood, not one person can change that because your emotions are not controlled by others, you are free to determine if you want to be happy or sad. You are also free from how others feel about you. If someone doesn't like you or if someone disagrees with you, you are comfortable with you. You are not a people pleaser.

Thats an easy one. Being able to act as if no-one was around when the rooms full of people.Never, ever feeling like you can't do or say something because of how someone else will make you feel. The more I thought about it the more I needed to explain so thats as far as I'm going.

Emotional Freedom to me is, if I want to cry for whatever reason, I do not want anyone to question me why? Also if I want to go out of town, and I always feel the pressure of "What if something happens to you and we do not know about it" makes me wish I lived somewhere else. I want freedom to go where I want and do what I want for myself, and not to be able to give any explanations of why I want to do whatever I want.

Emotions are spontaneous. I don't think Emotional Freedom is always that great. We are entitled to our emotions, but we need to handle them appropriately.

well I think that emotional freedom for me is when you have no strings attacked, your free from relationship, your free to let go and love yourself, not pressured with mens egos or stress from the world, your free to breath and think straight really, no headaches and worry no fear, just you being happy

Emotions are always free. Nobody can dictate how you feel it's all up to you (in my opinion)

my opinion is that you choose who you are. you choose to to act.
last no one can tell you to be who you are or act or what to feel. that is what i think is emotional freedom

it means being connected to your own feelings and needs, and giving them the priority. being honest with others and not feeling like you "have" to do things to save the feelings of others.
check out marshall rosenberg's "Nonviolent Communication"
as he defines emotional slavery.
