The monitor has a greenish-yellow tint to it, and no white will show up on it. I tried to adjust the color settings, but that did not work.

In the monitor settings, was there a reset option? If so, try that. Also try a "degauss", which should be on your OSD for the monitor. If none of that works, right-click on the desktop, and click on properties. Choose the Settings tab, then advanced, and see if you can change your color settings from there. There may be a "Gamma" setting in it that you can mess with. I suggest using "Default" values. If that fails, borrow another monitor and see if it does the same. If it does, you may need a new video card. If not, you may need a new monitor.

Can you go online and see web pages? If so, you should go to Google and type in the model of your monitor and the word "Reset". I think resetting the monitor should do the trick.

if u have a degause button on ur monitor then press it, it might get rid of it. but if it doesnt get rid of it then u need a new monitor.

Just say the trouble of calling the costumer service unless ur under warrenty, becuase there going to end up saying the same thing i am u need a new one.

check the cable that goes to ur puter from ur monitor. take it off and put it back on and restart ur system.

or do you configured your bios before it happen? if not, the problem is in the monitor.
