Make a TV set out of construction paper. Put in the screen a picture of the recipient's favorite TV star or TV show. Write below the screen: "This is what you're getting for Christmas!"
This reminds me of the time I was promising my sister a new bra for Christmas. I made a little card out of construction paper, and inside the card was a pop-up of a bra!

Put the note on the note on their bed or use one of those "hint stickers" from that company if you are buying it from.
