a 4x8 sheet is 32 sq. ft. so divide your 1483.28 x 32 = 46.35 or 47 sheets.Now each sheet needs a 2 ft offset from the below and above row so you will have drop (unuseable end pieces) so a few extra should be figured in I'd guess without seeing a rafter layout 1 sheet every 2 rows maybe 5 extras.

Get 55 sheets..according to your hip design, the pitch 5/12 to 12/12, ridge heigt5h etcetera...you will need to allow about 10 to 12% of this material for waste on cuts in hips,valleys etc...47 is correct mathematically..but this is correct considering waste..

divide suface area by 32, as each 4x8 sheet is 32 square feet. elementry watson, lol.
answer= 46.3525 you'll buy 47 sheets.
