Cold
As I stand, it rolls down my cheek
My face crumples, my body weak
Her existance, her life completely banished
Her being ,has now vanished
As I laid her down to sleep
I thought she may have heard me weep
But the sleep of which into she falls
Is her final sleep of all
Her head is rested, her body frail
I feel my body need to wail
She left so soon, no fair well
I feel that I may rot in hell
Not your fault, no guilt for you
They would point the finger, if they knew
These things happen, its just fate
If they only knew, but it's too late
She cried so much, she screamed and screamed
Not the baby I expected, the one that beamed
The giggling baby, the one that was a joy to see
But all she did was cry and whimper at me
I had to do it, I'm sorry, I am
I didn't mean to push that pram
The sound, the impact, all too new
I'm sorry, I'm really sorry, I really didn't mean to do this to you.
