Have a parent open your savings/checking account with you and issue a debit card to you. My son has had his since he was 16. When he turned 18, we went back to the bank and took me off the account. Ask about student accounts.

I think 16. If you have a job and a bank account. If not then it's 18....
But I'm pretty sure it's 16 because once you have a job and open up a bank account, your bank account can have a debit card issued in your name.

I'm 15 and i have a debit card. "VISA BUXX" u need a parent/guardian to get one though
