Why do you feel sleepy after drinking something warm?

I just drank hot cocoa and now I'm tired...Why do you feel tired after having anything warm.Even when I take a hot shower I want to pass out on my bed and go to sleep.WHY?

If you drink hot coffee in the morning after a good night's sleep, do you get tired? of course not. it's not the cocoa or the shower--you happen to be TIRED already when you do these things--in your mind, you are actually doing them BECAUSE you are tired, and then justifying that they make you tired.
