Me. I always try to look at things realistically. I live by the honor code and stick to it. I live my life in a manner that I can sleep well at night knowing that I have done my best. Knowing myself and being able to "judge" myself honestly is a positive trait. We can learn from others, but also by looking into ourselves and not being afraid to admit to faults and mistakes.

It's usually self criticism, and I am guilty of that but I try not to since it's counter productive.

me of course I think we all are that way, we all see the good in others and find little to love in ourselves. My youngest daughter is pretty good at being critical of me too! The little stinker!
