fell pretty isolated from my friends no-one to confide in what i do?

Talk to someone on the internet. They are unknown. There are also counselors or therapists online that you can talk to for free, I believe, at least they say so. Remember, you may have to write to several people before you find one you can confide in. Don't give up right away. But be careful, you also never know who you are talking to. Keep it as anonymous as possible. Certain personal information should not be given or requested, such as phone number and address. I also found someone just by what they described of their neighborhood and what town they were in, but I was just trying to find out if they were okay. So be cautious. Good luck.
