They make sure they have no ethics or morals or common decency, and a really strong stomach. Then they make them learn theory, then watch, then assist, then do it.
Incidentally, circumcision violates both the Hippocratic Oath (first do no harm) and 9 of the 10 values of Judaism: http://www.jewsagainstcircumcision.org/jewish.htm

Interesting but weird question.
I don't even want to think about how they do it. But I did just find out who does it and the answer was very surprising. The OB/GYN is the person that does the circumcisions normally. I always thought it was a surgeon.

Unfortunately, it is done by one the job training, so do not have your son in a training hospital if you wanted him circumcised (sp?) and are worried about it.
All that really is required is that you teach them to retract the foreskin and wash under it as part of bathing and showering, just the same as lifting their arm to wash their arm pit.

They just sort out the good doctors and the "circumcisors"
The only benefit of "circumcision" is that even bad "doctors" can drive Porches.

I know he's called a Moyle.
I once saw a picture of the traditional procedure, and they put a little tiny cup over the head of the penis (to keep it safe) then pull the foreskin over the cup and then carefully cut it off with little snippers. Then take the cup off, put some antibiotic cream on it and it heals itself no stitching necessary since the skin's so thin it heals almost instantly.
We got it done in Europe and it was a nightmare, nobody wanted to do it, and they accused us of child abuse and we finally had to have it done in the middle of the night at a Turkish Doctors office. Then he injected my son with local painkillers (totally unecessary!) and then used stitches, which left him with small scars (idiots!) and caused my son more unecessary pain.
It worked out fine but I was so pissed off that we didn't have any choice as parents what to do for our son, and that they made it so hard and actually INTENTIONALLY dangerous to try to stop people from doing it!
It's all residual anti-Semitism, if you ask me (we're Christian!) They want to be able to recognize the Jews again if the Third Reich ever comes back!

Do you remember those wretched pickled frogs we had to dissect in high school ... they also use the frog's privates to train circumcision techniques.
*Just kidding*
