No, but if you do, please consider all the needs and requirements for an animal. They need constant attention and training. You have to devote a lot of time and patience with them. Many people don't know what is involved until they have their animal in their home. It is worse than a human baby. The puppy is taken from its mother and you have to replace the mother with much attention and nurturing. If you ever go to a pet shop, does the clerk ever ask the patron if they have the patience and energy needed for the proper care of the animal. They just don't because all they want to do is sell their animals.

No.
I have already 2 dogs, 4 cats, 6 guinea pigs, and 2 mini rex rabbits.
my friend did get a puppy for xmas, harley..he's adorable.
anyone thinking of giving a pet for xmas, make sure that the person wants it, ie let them pick it out whatever, you just pay for it. big responsibility not to be taken lightly.
and consider the shelters. there are many fine animals waiting to be adopted out. what a nice xmas present it would be for them as well.
happy holidays

No. I already have four dogs.
Puppies for Christmas is usually not a good idea. Many end up unwanted after the excitement wears off.

No......I live in an apartment and it wouldn't be fair for the puppy because I have neighbors that would complain. I also believe that if you can't afford vet bills , shots, pet insurance, a yard for the dog to play in................you shouldn't get one.
I wish I could have one though. I love animals. :-)

No. I do have a bad cat who should have been a goat. He eats absolutely Everything and anything from pillows to pj's, curtains, rugs, blankets. Have to watch him like a hawk. I should have gotten a dog instead.
