Yes, even before the performance enhanced drugs, Bonds was simply the most dominate player in the game. A perfect example is the Arizona game(about 8 years ago) where the manager of the Dbacks intentally walked Bonds with the bases loaded in the 9th inning bringing the winning run to the plate. Before steriods, Bonds was a man amoung boys, after he became a god.

As for comparing Bonds to Rose, that's insane. What Rose did is much worse. Rose is banned for betting on Baseball games, although he claimed to have never bet on the teams that he managed to lose, that still remains to be seen. Rose did to baseball what the Blacksox did to baseball.

Yes! Bonds would have had the home run record five years ago if teams had wussed out by intentionally walking him so often Even if he did take performance-enhancing steroids it still takes terrific eye-hand coordination to hit a baseball...

nope..and if they can proove any wrong doing from others they shouldnt be in their either...if they are already in the HOF then they should be removed...that to me is worse than what pete rose did...at least he got all his records without the use of drugs..he got them from good hard ball playing..to many records acquired honorably are broken by players on drugs..that is not legal..but yet the selig's of the world seem to overlook that because they are afraid...
