Templates or Canvas sizes for Photoshop?

Hey can anyone point me in the direction of templates or tell me the canvas sizes/measurements for the following:

CD covers
DC backs
DVD slips
CD Faces
Beer Bottles
Soda Cans
2 Liter Soda Bottles
basically the basic graphic design stuff. I need to practice. Thanks

For all designs the rule is "as BIG as your worktop can handle". Your printer (person not the machine) will resize it to your specs to fit the product.

get a ruler/measuring tape.
