Republicans and in general conservatives want a more conservative candidate then Rudy. That said they also want to win more then letting hillary walk into the white house and BJ find a new intern. Many will accept a moderate like Rudy just to save the interns (j/k).

You may not live in a particularly pro-Giuliani area, causing you to think the whole country thinks the way people in your area think. Polls are generally spread evenly across the country to get an accurate picture of what the final vote would be. If you lived in my neck of the woods, you'd think Republicans shouldn't bother running at all because there's no one in the USA who would vote for them. I just keep my mouth shut.

Not even his family supports him. Politicians supports him because they don't want to look like the 'terrorist are winning' but to be perfectly honest Daffy haven't got a chance in his marriage hell to win.
