iPod's dont come with discs anymore.
All you need is iTunes:

Just synchronise with itunes and you'll be fine.
Btw do you get a disc with ipods ? I have recently bought a new one and there was no disc with it. Anyway can't see why i would need one as the only way to fill your ipod is through itunes.

You can use iTunes http://www.apple.com, or you can also use Winamp http://www.winamp.com depending on your iPod and your personal choice!

You might also need to download the iPod drivers (you can get them from Apple's website), I'm not sure if they are included in iTunes.
