theatre doc is wrong but so is the other guy. you have a problem because of where you live. like theatre doc said, you need your parents consent to sign with an agent and to do any work. you also need a work permit, pictures, resume, and experience. but like the other guy said. acting is natural. you don't need much.(experience) i got signed with an agent after only doing two plays ( with leads), a few months after i started acting.the reasons anyone gets an agent in the first place is because they haven't done professional work. at least in the industry that you are talking about, which is not theatre.

you need connections. unfortunately, you live in the wrong area. i live in las vegas and fly to my auditions in burbank or la, but you live, in my opinion too far away.

but another thing i have to tell you is never let anyone tell you that you can't do something. go for it, and break a leg!

It isn't as simple as knowing where. Until you are 18 you cannot do any professional work without their consent? You got that? Then to get an audition for a professional job, you need an agent. Your parents will have to get you one. Then you are going to have to know how to audition, how to intereview, and how to act. I think you are going to come up way short of doing any of this. YOu have to train and gain experience as an actor for years and years before you can get an agent and do any of this. Better stick to school plays for a while.

disagree theater doc
you really don't need to train for any of that stuff. if acting is natural, u don't need any acting lessons. You will have to be able to be signed by an agent, but if u are energetic and fun, ull have a very good chance. but needing training for auditions? ive done them, there a piece of cake
just be outgoing and ull do fine. u will prob have to go to la though. but be aware that it is quite unlikely that ull get jobs. but try ur best and u should succeed.
