Because they are all profitting from the system the way it is now. Why shoot the gift bearing horse.

You can't take away their bread and butter. Republicans are for strong campaign finance reform and Democrats are against it. Democrats are even against letting voters know when a person in congress recieves campaign money to vote for or against a bill.

To the above answerer: The most important issue is deportation of illegal immigrants. The long term stability of the U.S. depends upon it.

Nice try. I'm all for CFR, but please explain what it has to do with a PROFIT MARGIN for US politicians. It would means corporations and unions would have less leverage, but barring illegal activity it wouldn't be putting money directly in the politicians pockets. I don't think you know what CFR really means, your just a stupid ranting liberal. That's obvious because of the other questions you've asked.
