Get to level 20. Your dagger skills @ level 9 won't be high enough to use anything that ismuch better than what u have. At least get to lvl 15 when you'll be given 15 skill points to distribute. When u get there, get some $$$ and crafting materiels and have the local weaponsmith craft some for you and then have him customize them for you for an additional 10 GP and this alone will add 20% damage. If you haven't done this yet with your current daggers I suggest u do!
You could look for Sai's as well...They do more damage than daggers but are considered the same....

You will gradually find weapons as drops from monsters or if you don't want to wait, you can buy weapons from other players. If you're in a guild, ask your guildmates. One of them will probably be willing to give you a cheap set of max daggers.
Don't worry too much about it until you reach Level 20. At Level 9, you probably can't meet the requirements for max daggers anyways.

Usually either by farming or buying from other sellers.
