What the best times to be in Vegas over March Madness?

I want to visit vegas to bet on the NCAA tourny. Is 1st round, 2nd round, etc the best?

Any personal experiences?

Too many upsets in the first 2 rounds. Wait until round three (Sweet 16) find a good relaxing sports book casino and spend a few days. I prefer the Desert Inn

The best would be the entire series but otherwise the finals. But prices increase when such activities are offered. And make sure you select a casino where the tourney is broadcast in the sports area.
