You so need to get yourself to a hospital or a doctor. If Mum and Dad can't help you, then an ambulance is just a phone call away - don't worry about being embarrased to call them, better to be embarrassed than possibly dead! Or maybe you could call a friend? A helpful relative? But please, do something - you are really important and deserve to be helped, even if you have to do the work yourself! By the sounds of it, antibiotics are possibly what you might need to get yourself over whatever this is, and from there, natural supplements might help. I hate pills but I bite the bullet when I have to in the short term and then go my own way with the natural stuff. Garlic is a great one for most infections, liquified in vegetable juice (carrot particularly good). Loads of fruit to give you some vitamins - you could try juicing or liquifying whole fruits so you get the benefit of the pulp not just the juice. Got some spirulina? If so, pop a tsp or so of that in the juice too for a boost. For your nose, try some vicks if you have some, or even sniffing some mint/eucalyptus - raid the cupboards for something with a strong smell (as long is it has no chemicals of course, but I'm sure you knew that). Most importantly, stay as calm as you can -easier said than done, but don't give up. And good luck.

I always found that sugary foods coat my throat and sooth it for a little while. Do you have any suckers? I have also found that peppermints work well, almost like a cough drop. Since it is near Christmas, see if you can find any.
Get to the doctor as soon as you can. A normal cold should not hurt this much. Could be strep throat (I've had this many times). Headaches and a really sore throat are all symptoms. Get a flashlight and get one of your parents to shine it in the back of your throat. If they see white stuff, it is most likely strep.

It sounds like you are having an allergic reaction. You might try benadryl.
Why won't your parents help you? That's called neglect / endangerment of a minor. Tell them to get their @sses moving and get you some medicine.
