Bush is not a puppet he is a blunder

i consider George Bush is by no means great, but he is not a puppet. the man has an education from Yale, one of the finest universities in the entire world. He has been governor of texas, has experience running billion dolllar corporations, and his father led the cia, was vice president, and eventually president.

He knows how to use the media and when he comes across as "dumb" its only because he is trying to come across as honest and sincere which is difficult for most politicians for obvious reasons. george bush is by no means a puppet and makes the final decisions in the white house. Cheney may have a large amount of power accumulated but Bush does make the decisions.
