No matter what happens, I certainly will watch "Dinner for one" on German TV. The German Comedian "Peter Frankenfeld" went to England and found this great Comedian and an act which by now is cult in Germany. The first year nobody noticed it much, but people started talking and now this act is a must every New Years Eve. It is loved so much in Germany, that not only 1, but loads of TV-Stations are broadcasting it. At the link below you may watch it. Slap up meal at home, relaxing nice and quiet, a few drinks. It beats having to fight your way to the bar through a gang of idiots !
