NO, and I'm pissed off about it. Why won't they let me join?

Yes, back in the late 1990's there was a group that hung out downtown Orlando Florida on Orange Avenue at night in front of the clubs. They had a newpaper publication that they handed out about there "group". They where basically hippies who all slept together and lived on a farm but I know there was more to the story then that because the publication talked a lot about there "leader". I think the group was named Zindig Farm or something like that.

My music teacher joined a cult in the mid 90's and no one has heard from her since. It was based in Arizona, and someone convinced her to join. She was kinda silly, but a very lovable, likable person. I pray she's ok.

Yes, I've been approached several times. Moonies, Jehovah's Witnesses, you name it. That's life in the big city!
PS - I am starting my own cult, basically we all just work out regularly, eat lots of fresh fruit and veggies, and hang around used bookstores waiting for sales. Wanna join??

well the man at the church said if i joined i would see christ!
after a year i gave up?
the man at the army careers office said if i gave him my signature he would make me a leader of men(his words !!) in 1986 then told me i was to bloody skinny!!!(DAM!)
the man at the job centre told me i could learn to rule the world! but i decline as this seemed v heavy!
the woman at the church said if i knew of anything that could be used against me
so i said "yes" i was married
so there are cults who wanna make you join em in every walk of life
just know them all and make your own mind up
never let them tell you what to do
!!!!

Yes once in Boston, and in San Francisco.
I'm not much of a joiner....
Oh and there were the Jesus Freaks in high school and the Hungarian Seventh Day Adventists in NYC. I think there have been plenty of offers. I like to study religion and it's impact on people. I guess it's rude to say, "I'm just here to see what you're up to."

The Mormons try my door every once in a blue moon. It's fnny how they start with "We're not a cult, honestly!" kind of like how a used car salesman will start with "I wouldn't lie to you..."

Yes, a bunch of earnset looking guys in nice suits asked me to help them talk to some invisible all powerful being who they couldn't make manifest or prove his existence. In fact, they could gibve no real objective evidence for this "God" being they were on about, so I told them to get lost and opened another beer.
