The price of gas goes up and the price of gas goes down. People that buy SUV's don't ask about gas mileage because they knew that it wasn't going to be great when they bought one. That is part of the SUV thing. Fuel economy is the last reason that people buy them, they want the extra strength built in to the chassy, they want to sit up higher because it is safer. See, people that get T-Boned in cars have a much less likely chance of walking away than people do in an SUV. Just stand beside both and see where the bumper strikes, then look inside and see where the person is. DUH! People who buy cars would rather roll the dice with their safety so that they get better fuel economy! Jeep has new products that address both drivers. That's why I drive one. Try the Jeep Patriot on for size!

Actually, I have the money to put gas in my truck, since prices have gone down about .15 cents. And I've never supported Bush, but thanks for assuming.
I guess it's a good thing so many whiny Liberals are driving Prius's so that leaves more gas for me.

There hasn't been any "increase in the suicide rate of real Christian conservatives." There has been an increase in stupid nonsense posted on YA from liberals though.
Stop getting info from fiction like Sicko and think for yourselves!

To be fair, I don't think that any political party has the commitment to tackle changing energy while oil is still affordable. Nobody is going to vote for a party that tells people they can't use their cars any more. The easy thing has been to let the oil run out and let supply and demand do the work.
If you think the oil situation is going to ease you will have a bit of a shock.

I'm not certain that Bush/Cheney have any money in the futures market... I'm not thinking they are allowed...
But being fair about this... When Hillary is president, and our wallets are affected by her huge tax burdon...are you going to cry about that... or are you going to welcome an economic abortion that she plans on giving America?

Well in the US you have the right to express yourself but that does not mean others willl agree w/ you. I don't like Bush but flipping you off is a lil extreme but not against the law.

Better a Bush/Cheney sticker than one broadcasting you & your candidate are loooosers! Now go plug in your earth friendly car that sucks up more power and produces more pollutants by having to use electricity from giant generator plants.
