If you are in the U.S.:
1. Register to vote., and then VOTE in every election.
2. Serve in the military
3. Serve on a jury
4. Buy lottery tickets
5. Run for public office
6. Buy/sell property
7. If you commit a crime, serve time as an adult (you really DON'T want to do this!)
8. Work 'adult' hours- you are no longer under child labor laws.
9. You may be able to purchase a hand gun legally (probably depends upon in which state you live).
10. Get married without parental permission (again, probably depends on state laws)

Depends on what country you live in/ where abouts in that country you live.
Here, at 18 you can...
Vote
Have "relations" with anyone over your age
Be charged as an adult
Buy lotto/scratch tickets
Gamble in General
Buy X-Rated products
At 16 you can get your driver's license and 19 you can buy booze/ cigarettes.
But again, it depends on where you live.
