Well, not an attitude adjustment pursay, i use to have nothing but bad thoughts all the times because of the bad things that were always happening to me. But i use to say a lot of negative thoughts outloud, and this one guy said to me, its all attitude. Its not until this week that my attitude changed and became positive and i don't let myself think negative thoughts any more no matter what happens. I can control what i say with my inner voice now.

Oh Yeah allot of times as I am very Blut in My eyes I am very Up front and Honest and allot of people cannot handle that

I was told that all my life. But they never took the time to explain to me what an attitude was. I didn't realize the ground it covered. I thought they meant the way I reacted to something lame they did!! So why should I change my attitude when it was their fault for......see where I am going with this. Once I realized exactly what an attitude was and how much control I had over it well..............
