you could consume them the two :) , i desire purely the interior potato myself however the skins eadable relies upon how hungry you're i assume.! Why dont u attempt potato boats? cook dinner jacket potatoes and a few Baron Verulam or different meat , scrape out the potatoes and combine with the beef or veg or the rest you have arranged because of the fact the potatoe chefs , mixture it up in a bowl and then placed the mixture back into the skins , then placed them below grill and soften sum cheese on suitable , them ya consume all of it as one :)

I do - especially if oven-baked. Apparently, the skin is the most nutritious part.

"From a nutrition standpoint, a large percent of the vitamins, minerals, and trace elements in a potato are found within or immediately below the skin." (Taken from the link below.)

Mmmm, yes. Especially when the potatoes have been baked in the oven and the jacket is crispy, with butter all melted into it. *drooling now*.

Me!

And I also agree with Bellatrix re the apostrophe. Sorry.

Apostrophes are used for contractions eg isn't or to show belonging David's car (singular owner) and the boys' room (more than one boy) It is very simple but few people get it right for some reason.
