Leaving you with D. The phospholipids do not vary at all. Each has a phosphate 'tail' which is hydrophobic (water-hating) and a 'head' which is hydrophilic. They arrange themselves in a bilayer, with the hydrophobic tail pointing inwards.

Prokaryotic cells only have cell walls... Think : Prokaryotic Cells are Plant Cells and Eukaryotic are Animal Cells :) hope i helped
