I have heard they are good for people prone to sinus troubles. I would like to hear from people who have used one. Would you recommend using one? What are your opinions?

Yes, one of my favorite things, really! I had sinus troubles in the past and would get sinusitis once in a while, since using my neti pot (2 years) I haven't got a sinus infection. I found out about the neti pot by a friend and tried it and I use it everyday sometimes twice a day. I was glad I found it and was a little bit ticked off that the doctor never suggest such a simple thing for my allergies. I really recommend buying one it may seem to be a hassle at first and you might have trouble getting the hang of it but within a week you'll be addicted to it.

Yes! I love my Neti Pot. It helps prevent colds, helps to clear your head, and reduces all kinds of sinus problems without the need for meds. I got mine at www.healthandyoga.com, I highly recommend it.
