My guess would be 110 tsps.
I divided 550 by 10 and multiplied it by 2.

One recipe serves 10 individuals with 2tsp. of powder
To feed 100 individuals you need to make l0 batches of chili.
To the 10 batches you would add (2x 10) or 20 tsp. of powder.
So 20 tsp. of powder will make enough chili for 100 people.
For 500 people add (20x5) or 100 tsp. of powder

For the extra 50 guests add l0 tsp. of powder.(2x5)

To feed all 550 guests you need (l00+l0) ll0 tsp. of powder.
