Dutch people would say "Fijne avond" when an English speaking person would say "Have a nice evening". In fact it literally means "nice evening", the rest of the wish has been left out.
K H V J is SMS-language for "ik hou van jou", which means I love you

Fijn avond. Fine (nice) evening (night).
The next bit? i.h.v.j. is sometimes written on cards etc., and means "Ik hou van jou" English "I Love You", so it looks as though you have an admirer
