technically i left her. she changed into a popular girly girly [the dark side] and i told her that i was tired of this act. she told me i was stupid nad just jealous [i DONT want to look like an anorexic freak, thank you very much- that's what they are at my school].
so now i kind of miss her. not this popular one, the old one.
i constantly wonder what she is thinking about me, if seh hopes i burn in the depths of 'down below in fire' or she is wanting me back.
what is a good way to keep my mind away from her. she's bad for my mind.

thank you for all the answers!

People change and unfortunately friends drift apart.
If she's truly changed then you already lost her along time ago and I know its hard but you'll manage to get through it somehow. And if she hasn't she's probably missing her and you too. Maybe she'll come around.
Time heals. Just give it time.

Yeah, it's okay - you miss your old friend - and in a way, you still have your old friend, because that person will not change on you, and that was the person who was a friend to you. She is trying out different personalities - that can be normal, but when you already know who you are, and she changes away from you, that can be upsetting. She may still think about you - and if she decides she wants not to be girly and shallow, then I'm sure you will be there for her. You don't need repair, so don't cry - that's a girly thing to do, LOL. You know completely what you are all about, you just need to be strong in it, even if it may be lonely at times.

Unfortunatly, people change. Talk to her! at school, she may seem different, but at your house, she may become the one you miss!
