It depends on what your punishment was for DUI and what you are planning to do in CT. If your driver's license has been suspended, you can't drive out of state. If you were stopped and your information run through the computer, it would show that you are not driving legally. I don't know what would happen if you want to get a CT license. Look online for the state DMV or call.

if your license is suspended in vermont than its suspended where ever you go. if you just moved to ct. I would try going to the dmv and asking them.

If you get a ticket any where, the ticket will follow you to any state. Most states have there departments linked together.

Also, you do not have the 'right' to a driver's license, you are issued a driver's license.
