I don't believe they are promising that delivery unless you pay for the extra service. Last year it took Fedex 14 days to get something with a ground delivery from Ohio around this time.

Yes if you ship Fedex Express Economy 2 Day on 12/17 you will have gauranteed delivery in LV by 12/24, it will likely be delivered by 12/19.

If you ship priority fed ex on 12/17, then it will arrive in Las Vegas on 12/18.

I would recommend Priority USA mail to guarantee it gets there on time.

Depends how you ship. Overnight, regular, train, air plane.
