Tom Brady is way over rated in my eyes. Under rated I would have to go with Bret Farve. Farve is the best of our time, but who am I to say that im only 23 years old.

Hard to say Brady is over rated considering he leads all QB's in almost every statistical catagory and his team is undefeated. That's not even mentioning the fact that he's also in position to beat Peyton Manning's record 2004 season . Throw in the Super Bowl Championships and the only "girl" here would be the one calling him over rated.
Zack Thomas has been injured since the 7th game of the season... so it's difficult to say he's under rated. Also, Thomas is on everyone's radar... for LB's, try Patrick Willis in San Francisco and Will Witherspoon in St. Louis. Never heard of them right?
The over rated goes to Culpepper and Palmer.

overrated: Big Ben ( sorry, I like em' a lot but he hasn't been performing like everyone wants to claim is he.)
underrated: Donald Driver( makes some of the best catches as a WR and doesn't get the credit he deserves. Makes Favre job a lot easier and is a very dangerous wide reciver. He makes the catch when being pressured, hardly ever fumbles the ball and gets yrds after the catch. Very underrated and deserves to be in the pro-bowl.)
