They recieved my application on November 16th and the rest of my materials the 19th. I have checked the mail everday since the beginning of December. HOW MUCH LONGER!!

It shouldn't be more than a few weeks, if everything is submitted properly. If you're really worried, call the admissions office, they'll be happy to tell you what's going on.

Don't worry penn state takes a while, they probably want to see your fall semester grades, you should be calling the admissions counselors though! The number to penn state is 814-865-5471. They are very helpful and will be able to help you with any issues you might have! I'm sure you don't have anything to worry about if your gpa is above a 3.3. You applied very late, I wouldn't expect a letter until late january.

Their web site says that students who apply by November 30 will get a decision by January 31. I wouldn't expect anything for another month or so.

if you don't get the letter back before you turn 60, i would suspect they rejected you
