Lately I have resorted to mental arguements with myself because others are too stupid to make valid points. I do live in Canada, so I brushed it off as other people since everyone here is liberal and can't actually argue with facts, just pointless statements and quotes from others, leading to accusations.

Would I be cured if i moved to the USA where there would be less liberals, although still some.

Don't tell me I need meds and that it's not the hippies because I'm not some depressed self hater. I hate you not me.

to left_coast_punk, I dont have FREE health care, does 45% of our tax dollars to pay for health care sound like free to u. and 40-60% of our income. and i still pay for health insurance in order to get dental and medication coverage and our health insurance costs the same as your full coverage.

Being able to argue with oneself is the best way to find out what you think about any one topic.

For instance, if I'm presented with a new idea but know something on the general subject I may think about the pros and cons of it. Argue both sides why each is either a pro or a con and then assign them to a column. The one that has the most pros in my view is the side I would come down on as the side that I'm for.

you are obviously needed up there my Canadian friend, where there is a severe shortage of common sense and an overabundance of liberals.
Your conservative comrades down here will stay here and try to inject some common sense into these liberal basement dwellers who live like a fungus among us. Keep in touch, keep up the fight. Have a Merry Christmas and a happy New Year.

I think lots of canadians are sucked into the liberal point because of tv here is driven by and followed the same as ABC,CNN,NBC , canadian tv is just like an extension of the leberal media in the USA.
lots of canadians can`t think for themselves by use the same points as the far left in the USA.
I live in Canada too but were surrounded by meatheads, who can`t think on there own.

I am a conservative. Liberalism is an insidious disease. It is everywhere. Our US legislature is run by liberals. You would get infuriated with them every day...they get constant coverage in the main stream media, which is full of left wing liberal loonies.
Come to the US for a vacation. If you can stand it for a week, then consider relocating.

Actually, I find the opposite to be true. We liberals argue with reason, logic and fact. Republicans on the other hand often resort to name calling or personal attacks because they lack the ability to debate and behave civilly. "A man with conviction is a hard man to change. Tell him you disagree and he turns away. Show him facts or figures and he questions your sources. Appeal to logic and he fails to see your point." -Leon Festinger. No statement sums up Republicans better than Festingers'. Take care and try to let go of some of your hatred!

You definitely need at the least a vacation from the pointless liberals. If you are unable to leave the country, try shutting off the television for a few weeks. You will regain your respect for humanity.

Know you would still be just as ignorant and closed minded, plus you would have to start paying for your own health-care so, jsut stay in Canada, where you at least have free healthcare.
