Tankless water heaters, I bought one a couple months ago. I really like mine so far. Mine was around $900, and I'll get a $300 savings on my income tax this year. It gives you all the hot water you want when you want it. Make sure you get one that will heat the water to more than just 120F.

It was a tankless water heater and there are several kinds. You can find more about them on the water heater page at my source.

The two best known brands are Rinnai and Bosch. They are not cheap, maybe $2,000 or more installed.
Do a Y! shearch under "tankless water heater" or Rinnai tankless.
