I like it. It's a nickname for Talia.
The two Talia's that I knew were Talia Jean and Talia Lanea (I'm not sure of spelling but pronounced Lah Nay Yah.

I love it!! It's very cute and a great alternative to the too-popular Allie. It seems more like a nickname though - you could use it for Natalie, Talia, Talitha, or even Tallulah lol. Tally spelled like that is also really pretty.
If you were going with just Tallie, then I'd probably use a more traditional middle name, just to balance things out lol. Tallie Elisabeth, Tallie Amelia, Tallie Linette, Tallie Ailene, Tallie Olivia, etc.
I like Talia the best though of the more formal names - the nickname is more obvious there lol. Talia Elise, Talia Lily, Talia Isabel, etc would all sound great as well.
Good luck!!

If you like it, then you can make it work. I think it would be a nice nickname for Talia (Talia Shire, the beautiful actress who is happily married to actor Benjamin Bratt) or Taliya, Taleah, etc. As a real name I think Tallie is too cutesy and nicknamish for a grown woman. She might want some more dignity as she gets older. Name her a more formal version and call her Tallie for short. Then she can have the option of going by either a regal, sexy ladies name like Talia when she is grown, or a cute nickname like Tallie! As a middle name I like names that have a different sound in them like Taliya Monae or Talia Lorraine ( or something like that). If you do name her Tallie I like Tallie Lorelle or Tallie Jenelle.

I really don't like the name Tallie, because it remind me of thinking about math and tally marks.
But I think it really does depends on the first name, to see if both the middle and first name flows together fine.

Not to rain on your parade, but Tallie is going to become the school yard "Tallie Ho". Go w/ the Tahlia or other lovely names that were suggested, and let Tallie work as a nickname.

I think of keeping a bar tab or a sports score when I hear "Tallie". Or would the name be pronounced Tall-ee?
Either way, no, I don't like it.

I really like it, but I'd prefer it as a nickname for Talia or Tahlia, just so it grows up a bit better. It's nice, and under-used!
