If I am not related to an other person, I don't consider anything as Temptation, so I just chose what to do or not.
But when I am in a relationship Temptation does not exist for me. Otherwise it's not a relationship any more.

It is relatively easy for me to surrender to temptation but definetly not guilt free. Actually I'll be filled with guilt if I give in.

Depends on what the temptation is, who I am surrendering to...and how long it's been since the last tempting encounter. Today...would be DAYUMED easy for me to surrender to temptation. Which is why I need to be alone!

Ouhhhh it is better to feel guilty after than not following the temptation and feel guilty about not following it:-))

lol, because yahoo thought you meant in terms of dieting. in answer to your question, its not easy in any situation and i usually feel guilt no matter what.
